The interview was conducted in a round-robin format. I actually interviewed for the position that I had applied for, along with four other positions. It was a bit odd to me at first, but I ended up taking a position that better suited what I wanted to do than the one that I applied for.

Give me a list of three skills that you use in your current job that you would apply to this job.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
