Straightforward yet impersonal. Submitted my resume to my university's handshake page for BAH in November 2021. Recruiter emailed me in mid Dec 2021 for phone screen. Interview before the holidays, got the job a few days later. Did not get offer details for 2-3 weeks (holidays and people were off). Interviewed with 2 people, 20-30 mins each. Both super nice people who had clearly taken time to look at my resume and consider how I might fit into their project teams, content-wise. Some confusion on the back end, had to apply to a bunch of different links many times. Recruiter seemed very inexperienced and this impacted my experience as a candidate.
