Was contacted by Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) in early November. Recruiter had found my resume online (which I had recently updated to reflect my in-progress MBA at a local respected school). Asked if I would be interested with a position at BAH and I said yes. She passed my info onto someone else at the firm who contacted me shortly after. She asked if she could conduct a phone interview between myself and her in a few days to which I agreed. Phone interview went well; probably lasted about 20 minutes with the usual "tell me about your background", "where do you see yourself in five years" kind of questions. At the end of the phone interview she said she would be calling back later to schedule an in-person interview. About a week later the interview was scheduled with 4 other BAH employees. I interviewed with two of them at a time for about 45-60 minutes each. Each two were from a different division of BAH. Was told that they are waiting to hear back on some big proposals which they were confident in getting and that they would let me know within two weeks. Didn't hear anything for about 4 weeks until I followed up with the recruiter who said she was coincidentally planning on contacting me that day. Contract had come in and we began the negotiation process. Didn't receive an official offer letter until about two weeks after that. Total time between first contact and receiving an offer letter was about 60 - 75 days.

One interview with 3 people. Just resume focused. I applied for a Mid Level role, so they asked me about some of the school senior projects as well, why do i want to work here, all that good stuff
