      Entretien

      I received an email from the recruiter at my college campus expressing interest in my abilities. I was invited for a brief interview with the recruiter on campus, in which I was asked to describe my past experience and relevant class experience. It was a very casual interview. The recruiter was enthusiastic about my background and had a company HR person contact me within a week following the interview. I was flown out to Washington, D.C. with other college candidates. At BAH, I was first given a presentation by a project manager of one of the groups before going into a couple rounds of interviews. The questions were basic behavioral interview questions - relevant background, project experience, leadership, and so forth. My interview slate consisted of three interviews with three different people. The interviews seemed to go well, and I was actually invited for a fourth interview with a technical manager of one of the project teams. He was especially interested in my background and stated that the company was looking for people with my experience. All in all, the experience was positive and led me to believe that I would be extended an offer. I went back home and followed up with HR within a week. Unfortunately, the company seemed incredibly disorganized, and I was referred from one person to another. I kept following up and was told that I "would hear back from someone shortly." After over four weeks of being referred from one HR person to another, I stopped calling back. I was very disappointed with the complete lack of responsiveness from company representatives. Despite the positive feelings I had from the interview process, I got a very strong impression that the company was bringing candidates in too quickly to manage the process properly.

      The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

      It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
