I had an initial interview with a recruiter 03/2020. I was informed that I would receive information about interviewing. I did not get an email about interviewing until about mid April 2020. I finally interviewed for the position on 04/28/2020. I received a rejection email on 07/06/2020. I understand that it is a difficult time but we are all on edge about finding jobs in the current market. To have someone waiting over 2 months to hear the outcome of an interview with no additional feedback is harsh. I had a panel interview with 5 people which was a 2 hour interview. I spent time preparing for the interview. This all takes so much work and time. Booz Allen Hamilton, if you are reading this, please remember that there are people on the other end of these interviews and they should be treated as you would like to be treated if you were in a similar situation. I still do love Booz Allen Hamilton as a company and believe in their core values so I will continue to apply.
