I applied on the website and about a week or so later a recruiter contacted me. They were extremely friendly and gave me a phone screen. After that they scheduled me for an in-person interview at the McLean office on Friday that same week. I met with 3 individual Associates who all asked great questions and provided a lot of good information. The last of the 3 was more reserved and stoic and asked harder questions. At the end of the interview - the recruiter came to walk me out and told me that I would be contacted by Tuesday of next week on the decision. I ended up being contacted on Monday with an offer. Was very happy and enjoyed the interviewing experience and the chance to meet fellow team members.

I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
