Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) en mai 2007
Entretien
There was an initial phone screen followed by a face to face interview. They brough in a group of 8 people to interview face to face. Before the face to face interview they gave an overview of the benefits that BAH offered. They also told me that they didn't have a set number of positions they were hiring for, if everyone was qualified they would make offers to everyone. I interviewed with three different people for about 30 minutes each. This is the way BAH does it. Usually 1-2 Level III's and 1-2 Level IV's. Everyone there dresses in suits everyday, so expect to work in a professional atmosphere. The communication with them during this process was fairly good. They kept in touch during the whole process. Make sure you can talk about what type of experience you are looking for and how you can bring value to the firm. They are not looking for people who don't know what they want.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
