They do behavioral interviews, so there were several tell me how you would handle xx by telling me how you have handled similar situations in the past. Most people aren't prepared to answer those types of questions

One interview with 3 people. Just resume focused. I applied for a Mid Level role, so they asked me about some of the school senior projects as well, why do i want to work here, all that good stuff
The process is competitive and has many steps to it. They really care about how you would fit within the team along with your skills and experience. You do end up meeting quite a few people as you move through the process.
