I was contacted for a phone interview 2 days after applying online. I did the phone interview the next day, then went to the main office about a week and a half later. Very relaxed conversational interview with two members, one from the headquarters in McLean, VA and the other in the regional office in Riyadh. BAH flew me out to McLean for the interview--process was very easy. The BAH recruiter for MENA, the two interviewers, and several staffers each said I would receive feedback within two business days and be made aware of a hiring decision. I did not receive a response after the first week, so I contacted the recruiter via email to check on the status. After another week of no response, I followed up via email. On week three after interview, I called the recruiter and asked for the status due to a competing offer. He said he would look into the notes and return my call but never did. I was fairly impressed with BAH, but thoroughly disappointed they didn't extend the courtesy they stated so many times they would. I'm not sure what had happened, but BAH seemed like it was a worthwhile place to work until that point.
