The hiring process was very smooth. The first step was a 20 minute phone call with a recruiter. I was then asked to come in to interview with the team on “Interview Day”. I met with 2 admin team members (associate level) for 30 minutes each. Both interviewers asked thorough questions regarding the agile methodology and requirements gathering. They also asked questions to get a better understanding of my personality. I was offered the position a few days later. The entire process took less than 2 weeks.
