I applied for the position online. My first interview was a phone interview because I was out of town. The District Manager was 10mins late calling me. She asked me one question "what would you bring to this company?" the rest of the time she talked about all the work she had to do and her family. The second interview we had was in town. I made the trip for the interview. She was 20 minutes late. She started the interview by telling me she didnt remember what I applied for. She proceeded to tell me they already hired for the Store Manager position and started to talk about other positions available. I wasnt interested. I was extremely angry that she wasted my time. She did ask me one question, the same one she asked me before. Then she proceeded to ramble on about the company and all her different duties. Irrelavent.

It was really nice very relevant questions based on the job description, there were 2 rounds of interview by the DM and RM. Both DM and RM asked questions around their level of experience.
