Unprofessional and awful, nothing is taken seriously and feels like a casual chat. You know based on tone of speech if you have got the job, which you will have cause no one will work in that shithole.

Practically no interview and simply asked about my availability and weekend shifts. I joined initially as a christmas temp so they asked about night shifts and Christmas Eve, Boxing day and New Year. Just be flexible and willing

Fairly relaxed. Started with asking about your background, why you're applying to Booths, availability etc before continuing onto scenario based questions 'how would you respond to...' ect. Finally gave you the opportunity to ask questions about the company/role.
