A thorough review of your resume and application will be completed before an interview is scheduled. The initial interview will be with the store manager. Largely they focus on sales based knowledge such as KPI’s, experience, what if scenarios, expectations, etc. The second interview will be with the District Manager and will include some of the previous topics as well as experience based and pay questions. A review of the interview will be done and a corporate review will be completed before an offer is made. Around a week or two process.
