Ghosted After Job Offer – Unprofessional Hiring Process. Major red flags right off the bad. CEO was late for all the interview rounds and his lack of leadership and professionalism are questionable, alot of the questions about the company/culture was dodged. The listing in the job post seems like a bait for the CEO to fish more information from an individual. After being offered a role after the 2nd interview and discussion regarding contract signing, communication ceased entirely. I followed up multiple times via messages and phone call but received no response from the CEO. There is no HR in the company. This unprofessional behaviour is a red flag and shows a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. The bad reviews in glassdoor thus far about this company are ones I can attest to.

Entretien
CEO was late to the online interview on New Year's Day (A PH of all the days) without any apology or greeting. CEO dodged a few questions about culture, salary range, and company systems (since it's a fully remote job) - puzzle pieces that came together after reading the poor company reviews. In hindsight, there were so many red flags; just read the bad reviews yourselves. The lack of leadership from this young entrepreneur is evident.
As of this moment, he/his colleague is, once again, late to my 2nd interview which should've been happening right now.
