Interview was pretty easy. Was mainly over the phone. Just showed up to be shown around the warehouse by the owner, Kevin, and pretty much got hired on the spot. Filled out paperwork quickly, and I believe quick background check, no drug test or physical, made copies of id and pretty much that was it. Interview was on a Friday, a group of about ten of us at a time, and started work Monday.

There was no phone interview. My interview was held at the warehouse. Difficult to find location. I spoke to a couple of employees while waiting. There were no specific skills required.
