Was very easy going. Started by filling out an application for my hours/days of availability and going over that. Then she asked a few questions from the company that involved specific scenarios from your past jobs/school experience. Took place in the cafe area of the store and was very relaxed and easy.

All psychological questions. Your ability to do the job or your availability isn’t gauged as heavily as if you might get along with the crew even though it’s in an isolated roll. AC unit is externally plugged in for weeks.

Interview process took about 2 weeks from time I applied to interview. Interview was in person and took less than 15 minutes. General interview questions and I was offered position immediately.

Entretien
The interview was swift and easy. It hardly took much time, and both managers were very kind and accommodating during the process. I would say this was the average interview experience for most.
