Interviewed one on one. Asked questions relating to personality, conflict, customers, and reading. Not too sure what they are looking for when it comes to personality/conflict. I am not a violent person, maybe just not aggresive enough? Hmmmm....

It was a quick phone call and was very easy, casual conversation. Questions focused on background and interest in working at the store and knowledge of stock management. I also went in person to discuss further.
