4 stages - technical, behavioral, HR phone call, assessment center day (which also consists of 3 different interviews - technical in person, behavioral, and group assessment). For a data graduate, no coding is expected for any interviews.

Many "Give me an example of ____" - make sure to use the STAR method when you answer
They do the typical HR intro call, and then you do a technical call and then you do an onsite. Tech call was interesting and different from the ML group in that they use ML as a tool applied to business decisions.
