assessment day includes 3 stages : 1st you have multiple choice questions both english and native language includes grammer, fill in the blanks and understanding paragraph. English is quite easy if you are bilingual but native is tricky needs to pay a lot of attention. 2nd role playing in your native language or rarely english, angry phone call from hotel owner wants to take down bad comment, you need to calm him down and be creative for possible solution or advice, 3rd one formal interview with HR
