First telephone interview - general HR questions
Then the second was over Skype - technical with two of their developers. First part was more business related - metrics, A/B testing, conversions, etc.
Everything was ok, the guys are friendly and polite. Unfortunately I did have a mind-block moment, so I failed on writing the script (and it was a simple one)

Entretien
It was very easy but long. However i like how nice the interviews was. The questions were easy to answer. I was not accepted. But I did not like the fact they could not answer all my questions

Entretien
They insist on a Hackerrank test before you get to speak with a single human being. Even though I have references and more than 20 years of experience. I worked for companies like Apple and other FAANG companies, and still, I was required to do a very impersonal and nonsensical Leetcode test.
So, I simply replied to the person who sent me that automated message and suggested an actual call first.
It was at this moment that Booking decided I was not a cultural fit.

There wasn’t anything specific in the interview. The hardest challenge was to understand the interviewers accent. I suggest you to turn on the subtitles. The entire things are really basic
