      Entretien

there are 2 or 3 interviews, I am still not sure. First interview over the phone, the usual, why do you want to work with us? etc Second interview is a group assessment. Yes, for a team lead position you are together with other candidates, we were meant to be 7 but we ended up being 6. We were requested to make a presentation with our Values, Role within a team, Achievements and Passion. We were requested NOT to use Powerpoint. (when we were at the group assessment, they said they are not good with technologies. Hello??? you are an ecomerce company and you say this??). We had to do a role play with one of the Team Leads and the customer service manager, The Team lead was meant to be an agent who had been in the company for 3 months in the late shift and she had a behaviour problem, She wanted to move to the day shift and also the team lead position. (what kind of people gets hired there?) And then they give you a kpi's form and you just need to analyse it. it was meant to be from 9am to 1pm. We left around 2.30 pm. Very bad organised, very unprofessional, they tried to be very modern but they were very oldies and sometimes they looked like headless chickens. I am not surprised why there is so much rotation in that company and they are always recruiting a lot of people, There was this candidate that made an absolutely brilliant presentation, the customer managers and the hr representative clapped and laughed, they were over the moon, or maybe not. She didn't get the position, My advice is then: don't be too good, they might be scared that you are better than them
