Emailed by recruiters 3 weeks after applying and requested to schedule a time for phone interview by logging into a calendar and entering available time. This was a messy procedure and the recruiter failed to contact me. Rescheduled the interview twice more before finally speaking to someone. Interview was standard enough, I didn't get the feeling that the recruiter knew much about the role so it was difficult to learn from the interview.
