J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Booking.com (Orlando, FL) en avr. 2017
Entretien
I did the a bilingual test at booking web site then I as approved for phone interview next step was face to face interview(Orlando fl) plus another test in English and the other language that I was applying for. For about 7% I didn't reach what the company need for english(English is not my first language) anyways I don't think was take for consideration my listening and speaking. You have 10 min for a grammatical test in English is not that hard but I recommend study if English is not your first language. So once that I didn't reach the percentage that they need I don't even had a chance to talk with the managers of this job position (the detail is that they knew I went to Orlando mostly for this interview)

Normal interview question about yourself, a simulation to check how you'd handle a customer with a problem, some IT proficiency questions and overall general impression, very low entry requirements. You also had some English/hired language tests, nothing too difficult.

Question 1
How do you handle people that are very rude to you?
Easy and nice. Got to make a mock mail and phone call. I had so much fun. They made me feel at ease. On top of that, they told me I was admitted to the next and final test.
Sending in application with CV and motivational letter with your objectives and goals. First screening, then first HR interview. Followed by technical interview. If you pass these phases, then you may or not get an offer letter.
