Presentation, Language Test, Interview Questions, Role Playing. It all took about 3 hours, was not particularly well organized. All of the recruiters were in a rush. The Interview Questions were just about 3 or 4, quite easy, e.g Why do you want to work at booking? or give one example of a difficult situation you have been in and how you handled it.

Easy including language test to ensure can speak with customers in chosen language. Interview stage is focused on working shifts and being flexible since they offer 24/7 customer service globally

Very hasty, very basic. You are driven by the interviewer through the simulation of a customer's call.
Everything happened in around 4-5 days, through phone-screen interviews. I heard that some people were forced to go directly to the HQ were they applied.
You have the feeling that they basically hire everyone.

Entretien
The online application took about an hour. There were scenarios you had to sort through, a typing test, things like that. Then there was a phone interview portion a few days later which took around 20 minutes. Finally there was an in person grammar test, tour, and interview of the offices.
