      Entretien

I had a phone interview about one week after submitting my application and was immediately invited to come in for a second. Phone interview was very standard, talking through resume and experience. Office interview was a situational type interview, where they present you with scenarios and you say how you would react/proceed. You aren't meant to fully understand the context of the questions/information you are getting, but can ask questions. I found it fun!

      Entretien

Very approachable, conversational and understanding. 3 rounds, first was a phone screening that was very approachable and low pressure. Second a take home written mock email response, and the last a 3 hour interview with 8 members of the team.

      Entretien

First there was a phone screening that lasted roughly 30 minutes. The next week, they asked me to come in for 3 hour interview. Thank goodness I have a fairly flexible schedule, because between getting there and back, it took all day. All together, I spoke to six different people. I enjoyed the experience, especially learning more about the industry, but felt baffled by the long format of the interview. I did not see the offices, and was immediately shuffled off into a conference room where I sat for almost three straight hours as people came and went. They also sat at the other end of the table, very far from me. It was, frankly, exhausting and somewhat impersonal. Additionally, while some interviewers were very conversational and enthusiastic, some were stoned faced and seemed entirely disinterested in talking to me, which threw me off. All and all I greatly enjoyed the conversations I had with some of the interviewers, as many were interesting, smart people. The questions they asked were challenging and fun to think about, a lot of situational questions (ie What would you do if this happened?) But the process was tedious and at times maybe even purposefully intimidating.
