The Employer Was Disrespectful The employer was disrespectful. He did not greet me or introduce himself. As soon as I entered the room, he simply asked me about my experience and then said the interview was over. I had traveled from a different city for the interview, and I expected to be treated with more respect. Second, the employer did not follow any POSH guidelines or safety protocols for women. There were no policies in place, and he asked me about my age and wanted to discuss my candidacy based on my age. He was also not responsive to the questions I asked. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I would urge others to be aware of the potential for discrimination and disrespect during the interview process. In an interview with "Yourstory", the employer said that his wife gave him ideas for games. I am unsure if his wife is aware of his disrespectful behavior and if she is promoting such behaviors.
