The interview process for the Senior Java Backend Engineer position at Bonial International was pretty straightforward. I had a positive initial interview with a recruiter. This was followed by an hour-long technical discussion with two team members, including a Tech Lead, where we focused on my past project experiences. The final stage involved another technical interview with the engineering team, which delved into more in-depth technical questions. Overall, I was very impressed with the process and the professional, friendly approach of everyone I spoke with.
