Very long hiring process, first day wasn't until 5 weeks after the interview so bit of a long hiring process, overall interview was very thorough, toured the cafe and the kitchen .

Came for an initial interview where they ask basic questions regarding resume and background. After that, they ask me to do a tasting, which I did in 45 minutes. After that, they questioned me about the plate.

Very short; less than 15 minutes. Basic questions about education, background, availability, and etc. Nothing out of the ordinary. Not sure what else to write here, the interview was pretty straight-forward and easy.
