J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bombardier (Gurgaon, Haryana)
Entretien
There were 3 rounds of Interview : 1) telephonic with onshore leaders 2) Video Conferencing with onshore leaders 3) F2F with offshore.
I had an unpleasant experience in the 3rd round of discussion with offshore, who was not only asking silly questions based on whether my CV was organised in chronological order of events or not, but he was also very unprofessional in the way he addressed certain aspects of my professional and personal life that I felt uncomfortable. Lack of professionalism and integrity with one person in a position of authority made me change my mind about working. It was one off case I believe, but a bad experience for me. While I was very positive on joining the organisation I had to make a decision otherwise.

First - straight forward interview with HR.
Then - callback a week or two later for an interview with a different HR person and the hiring manager simultaneously.
Very very detailed questions re: how exactly will I accomplish the mandate, step by step, how will I do this or that. Never seen such level of detail in an interview, especially given that in reality the execution will differ from one company to another due to specificities. Perhaps 10 very specific questions related to the job itself - both theory and "how to". The interview was not difficult per see but it was very detailed and intense. The HR person said after the interview that she thought it went well, but 2 weeks later I was notified that someone else was selected.
