1. Initial round was an HR screening and shortlisted to the technical rounds after 2-3 days of screening round. 2. First technical interview was "First Live Coding Interview" with a Software Engineer at BOLT. The purpose of the interview (1h 15 mins) was to understand your experience, coding style, and knowledge of algorithms and data structures. You will also cover a few basic questions on general computer science and security topics. The main section in this round is live coding on algorithm questions which would be easy to medium from leetcode or hackerrank. 3. Next day I got a mail from HR that I was selected for the 2nd technical interview which was on tech-specific ReactJs (1hr 30 mins) with a Senior Software Engineer at BOLT. Initial asked me about my experience and some basic questions on ReactJs. The main section in this round is also live coding on ReactJs to implement some specific logic. 3. Next day I got a mail from HR that I was selected for the 3rd technical interview which was "Final design of API interview" with an Engineering Manager. The purpose of this interview was to have a technical discussion with the Engineering Manager where you will cover topics such as architecture and API design, as well as your experience and aspirations. All the interviews were smooth and good and were expecting an offer. But unfortunately, my HR was on contract with the company and a Lead Recruiter mail me (after 2 days of final technical interview) that this person (Lead Recruiter) would be the point of contact going further. Then when I asked about the feedback about my interviews, the Lead Recruiter responded saying that I would get a response coming week. But I never got a response until now which was very much disappointing.
