Feels a bit that these interviews are conducted just for show and their own friends are anyway prefered and hired without actually going through the process at all. Must be nice way to earn bonuses.

HR lady was rather nice.
Tech interview was cringe. Asking the difference between HTTP and HTTPS in the big 2026 should be considered poor taste for a company of Bolt's scale.
The guy seemed like a robot, soulless perfect answers for my questions, no expressions.

Entretien
My first two technical interviews with the people in Estonia went quite well. However, the API design interview I had afterwards with the person in Poland was the worst interview I have ever had.

2. Code review - find bugs in a service, it leans toward a systems design approach
3. System design - checks the basics, not predefined answers
4. Team fit - a discussion with the hiring team
