I initially met with HR in July which wanted to take me further to interview with management. I declined that position and came back later on for another position which she referred me to regional management. We set up an interview and then moved on to meet management on interview where we went through my experience, and management skills compared to my disc profile test I've made with them. According to what I was saying it matched my disc profile and during the interview I got positive vibes that they liked my profile. Why else would I be referred. Unfortunately I received a very short email a week after the final interview saying that my profile didn't match their way of working at the company, which completely came as a chock and surprise to me.
