Long form interview, really just trying to get to know the candidate. Easy going while at the same time taking a deep dive into your resume. Overall, the experience was positive.

I put in an application online and got a email that day. 3 days later I went in for an interview and it was awesome. Training is 5 days straight; 5 table sections; Simple Menu; Uniform is very customizable. Jared the GM was cool and informative. It's a professional place with good food. It's hip and classy but still down to earth. The patio is awesome as well. I only had 1 interview before an offer.
