Applied via their website. They called me about a week later for a brief informal phone screen, mostly focused on where i heard of the position. Emailed me 3 hours later informing me that i'd been selected to move foreward with the hiring process. They brought me in to their philadelphia office for an in-person interview. First I talked to a current employee whom described the position in detail, and talked about metrics for success, then I talked to the hiring manager whom seemed a bit distracted, like she was just waiting to get back to other tasks- Surprising since I had all of the qualifications for the position, a great degree from a great school, and came dressed to the nines...oh well. She didn't give me much of an opportunity to sell myself, and I wasn't surprised when three days later they e-mailed to say I hadn't been chosen. No feedback though! Would have loved some idea of WHY I wasn't a match.

Once I got in touch with the recruiter, she immediately invited me in for an interview. I had free time that day to meet in person, so I was scheduled to meet that afternoon. I was interviewed by 3 people who were all very helpful in outlining the details of the position. It was a very positive and streamlined experience which ultimately led to me accepting the offer!
