The interview process has 3 phases. First, you meet someone from the team through an online interview which lasts about 30 min. Next, you have a personality test and if you are successful, you are asked to come into the office for a 5-hour interview.
The first and last interviews are technical. The last interview covers a lot of topic, from data to software engineering. You are given a lot of questions and small problems to solve. The length of the interview adds to the pressure on the candidate. I would recommend to come as rested as possible, and to take small breaks to ensure you stay sharp. I failed at taking enough breaks and I only noticed towards the end as I was getting slower and slower at answering questions. The last final interview is also a good opportunity to ask questions so I recommend you prepare well. When I interviewed they were offering between 25 and 29k per annum. The people seem nice to work with.
There was not a lot of women working for the company when I interviewed, which may be an issue for some candidates. As this may impact the company culture.
The interviewers were fair and always made an effort to make me feel comfortable which is not a given in the industry.
