telephone interview, online tests and then in person interview. I failed the online tests so did not progress any further. Asked on phone what I considered to be technical questions but I did not come from a computer science background but this did not matter.

There was initially a portion that was centered on general questions about my life and then after that there were a couple of more specific questions about previous technical experience.
