They employ discrimination techniques. I am not sure how it came about, but their technical recruiter asked me over the phone which age group I belong to, and she recited 4 groups I can pick from. I said I am not picking from it because based on US laws this is illegal, and I believe they have a disclaimer about this in the job description. I was shocked how a technical recruiter doesn't know this. So I said I won't be picking a group and that practice is not allowed. She said in that case she won't be able to proceed. At that point my conversation was ended because I do not want to work for such company.
