I had 3 phone interviews with different people and one in person interview. The phone interviews started with the head of the company, to my surprise. They are a very small tight-knit team. All the phone interviews were in prompt to- as in not scheduled. They would just call and if they didn't get a hold of you they'd leave a message - no big deal. The office is nice but very quiet (at least in the morning) I had a round table interview with Henrik and 3 other employees. All very kind and hospitable. They didn't ask me anything I wasn't prepared for. Overall great experience.
