First interview with HR, then a technical pairing challenge and then a hard interview with CTO and a technical manager. I have to point out last interview as it was very frustrating to have two persons asking you tricky theorical questions over more than an hour without stop nor intention to help you pass. Questions are not around daily basis job so I don't understand at all it's purpose.
