The interview process was very organized and smooth from start to finish. It began with answering a few initial questions, followed by a quick 30-minute call to discuss my background and the role. The final stage was a case study interview, which was well-structured and gave me the opportunity to showcase my problem-solving and presentation skills. Overall, the communication, scheduling, and interview flow were extremely professional and organized throughout the entire process.

“Describe a situation where you brought about a change or improvement. How did you approach it, and what was the outcome?”
The entire process took around a month and consisted of three stages. It began with an initial virtual interview with HR to discuss background and role alignment, followed by an online talent assessment. The final stage was a comprehensive onsite case study.
Overall a very pleasant interview experience. There was clear transparency and communication from the recruiting team throughout the process which was much appreciated. In addition, I received great constructive feedback during the onsite case study which clearly allowed me to understand where I performed well, and what I could have done better.

Case Study: Consisted of a business case, supporting data, and a deck to input client recommendations and insights based on the information. The discussion following focused heavily on the thought process behind those recommendations and how to handle real-time feedback.

Brief HR call, then an HR interview, a technical interview with the manager, and a case study interview.
HR quickly communicate the result in a few days. Overall it took around a month and half.
