Phone Screen, Onsite Phone screen was fine and normal. Coding challenge was VERY easy BUT I this company doesn't know what they need. They want to hire a junior for the pay, but they are looking for someone with a lot of experience including architecture, moving db's, AWS... basically they want a mid to senior level dev but aren't going to pay at that rate and that's why the job has been open for over 6 months.
