The first was a call from the recruiter that was less than 30 mins long. After that call, I had another two back-to-backs with the direct team and then other stakeholders.
The process was smooth and very professional. I had three interviews two over the phone and 1 onsite. The best I have experience in my career. Not sure how it is now since some people were let go.

I applied online and got a call to do a phone interview. The phone interview was about an hour with a series of personality and behavior questions. Just answer truthfully and I don't think you should have a problem.
After the phone interview I got scheduled for a video conference. The process was smooth and again just answering random questions of setup and design. It helps to do mock video conference on FaceTime or Skype to get use to answering questions and talking on a laptop. Its also important to make sure the whole setup and connections work.
After the video conference there was a in-person interview with about 4 people. They first give you a tour of their amazing office which helps relieve some of the tension and pressure you have prior to the interview. The in person interview was with 4 people which seems intense but overall the process wasn't daunting at all. Very down to earth people so just be yourself and answer to the best of your knowledge.
