Scheduled a teams call with a recruiter, right off the bat things were bad, she was late to the call, clearly unprepared as she didnt know my name, my experience at all or the person who referred me, she then left mid call to tend to her dog after being distracted by it extremely unprofessional. I wouldnt call this an interview, she just gave some vague uninformed blabble about the position she didnt really understand what it was. Then she asked for my availability the rest of the week to have a real interview with the engineers where she proceeded to ghost me, after 3 follow up emails. I had to check the portal to find out I was no longer considered. Very disrespectful to me and my time. I cannot imagine the culture here if they treat candidates so poorly
