Applied through LinkedIn and the recruiter contacted me a few days later to verify a few details and talk about the position. Had 3 interviews, with the hiring manager, the manager's manager (director), and one level above (VP). Only the first interview had anything technical and due to the time zone differences I could note that she was not really focused on the interview, overall was very unprofessional as she was taking the interview on her sofa and had her kids playing around, and was constantly switching screens. The other interviews were more professional and polite. 2 weeks passed between the 2nd and 3rd interviews in which I reached out to the recruiter who guaranteed that they were still very interested in me. I reached out a week after the final interview to follow up on the process and got ghosted.
