greet them with grace as the panel is mostly dynamic and not fixed. Most of them have taken their time out from busy schedules so pay attention to details and be quick in response. There is no reason to not declare what you don't know as this gives them a better parameter to judge you on.

One phone interview and 2 technical rounds . Phone interview was mostly general question on salary expectations . I was called in for the second round ,which was mostly with a reporting manager and solution architect

It's was very confusing. They took a long time to get back after each rounds. Some process were very redundant. I needed to follow up frequently to get a response. Inspite of that the work culture was very good.

Preliminary interview with recruiter. Recruiter actively engaged in candidate "negging" stating, among other things, that despite years of domain experience the hiring manager would not find me to be of appropriate salary and the domain specific experience to be sufficient, along with her less than positive impression of my current employer. Overall, an unprofessional interviewer who projected a negative overall impression of the company and the available position.
Ultimately, as a candidate I was ghosted; never received an interview with the hiring manager and never notified when/if the position was filled. (60 days later, I assume it is).
