I applied online on linkedin, then there were emails with the recruiter to schedule a time with the people necessary to interview. It all seemed very casual. The response times and time it took to schedule were okay - not fast not slow. The call was virtual and the majority of the team seems to be remote.

Question 1
They mostly asked about prior experience and examples of when what was done. They had very leading questions and didn't seem very open to genuine listening. There seems like there's a reorganization that seems like it will create some mess organizationally.
