Entretien
First round was a written technical round, followed by 3 rounds of technical interview.
The first technical round was taken by a developer who mainly asked questions on basic java, oops concepts and database fundamentals.
The second round was taken by a senior technical architect. He texted mainly on the design, logical and problem solving skills.
Final round was a managerial round. Spoke to the head of the business line. Rather than interview, this round was a briefing session where he mainly spoke about the company and the role that I would be put into.
Once all the interview process was done, the HR asked me to leave and contacted me the next day regarding my salary and latest by when I could join.
I was told that I will be getting the offer letter shortly, but didn't get any response for almost 3 weeks. When I called back, was only told that my application was put on hold and no reason was given.
During the interview process the HRs and the interviewers were very polite.

Entretien
Got shortlisted for the final round, and HR was proactively reminding prior interview. Then, HR ghosted after third round of interview, where i have performed best in all the three rounds.
Advise: Should at least spend just a couple of seconds to respond with feedback, just let the candidate know if it is positive or negative instead of ghosting. I would suggest to be professional.

Fairly regular process with 2 technical rounds and 1 hr round, 1st technical round is more technical, questions around spring boot, transactions, and a coding question as well. 2nd round more of a problem solving around multithreading
Interview was very good and they explained about the project and asked what was necessary to their product. The manager and HR responded really well for every doubt i had. They provide free lunch for the employees.
