First has a phone interview with a recruiter, then a case interview over the phone and finally, a paper-and-pencil logic test in person. Phone interview went well I thought: typical questions about background, fit, and salary expectations. Case interview was difficult but I think mostly because I was not as prepared as I should have been. Logic test was pretty straight forward - given a packet with multiple choice questions and a time limit. I did not find this particular test too difficult. Received a follow up call from the recruiter who was sorry to inform me that I was not selected for the next round. I was not surprised since I knew I did not do well on a case, and really appreciated the phone call vs. generic email that some other companies send.
