Process consisted of an initial 30 minute phone screen with HR, a 2nd phone interview with a Manager, then a 2 hour online IQ test, followed by in person case interviews. The people seemed engaging and the projects sounded interesting and definitely timely (i.e. focus on value, growth strategies, etc.). My biggest concerns were with the virtual structure. I think part of the fun of consulting is being able to brainstorm and iterate as a team, in person. Also, there's no client interaction below the Manager level, and even at the Manager level there seems to be less than at other consulting firms. The IQ test was multiple choice. Personally, I would have preferred a written case because I think consulting is less about choosing Answer 'C' and more about being able to defend your rationale for choosing Answer 'C' over the other options in a clear and logical manner. But that's just me.
