It was zoom interview and lasted about 5 minutes, reception was not good so then handled via phone call which lasted about 15 minutes. After receiving payment plan information, I've found that there are quite few questions I have that need to be answered.

Easy and straightforward. Simple questions and kind interviewer. Excited for this opportunity. Seems to be entirely based on your own performance because there is no hourly rate. Washington apparently is great for solar because homes require more solar due to the overcast weather.
